International Collection refers to products fulfilled from our international inventory. This service gives customers access to a wider global selection and is available for customers in Qatar, the UAE, the GCC, and internationally.
Pre-Orders allow customers to reserve products listed on our website that are not immediately available. These items may be sourced locally or internationally and follow longer delivery timelines.
Qatar Collection is designed for customers in Qatar, offering locally stocked products with same-day delivery.
International Collection provides access to a wider international selection and allows customers outside Qatar to shop from our global catalog.
Pre-Orders allow customers to reserve selected products listed on our website with extended delivery timelines.

Yes. Customers in Qatar can place Qatar Collection, International Collection, and Pre-Orders as separate orders.
Qatar Collection orders are typically delivered within 2–3 hours on the same day.
Premium delivery usually takes 1–2 business days, while standard delivery takes 4–5 business days.
Qatar Collection: Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer.
International Collection: Bank Transfer only.
Pre-Orders: Bank Transfer only.
UAE Customers
No. Qatar Collection is available only within Qatar.
UAE customers can place orders through International Collection and Pre-Orders.
International Collection orders in the UAE are typically delivered within 1–2 business days, depending on confirmation time and location.
International Collection: Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer.
Pre-Orders: Bank Transfer only.
GCC and International Customers
Yes. Customers across the GCC and worldwide can place orders through International Collection and Pre-Orders.
No. Cash on Delivery is available only in Qatar for Qatar Collection orders and in the UAE for eligible International Collection orders.
Standard international delivery typically takes 4–5 business days. Premium options may be faster where available.

Shipping and Delivery

International Collection refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.
No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Used, altered, or damaged items not caused during shipping are not eligible for return or refund.
Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders are typically delivered within 10–14 business days.
Pre-Orders can only be cancelled before confirmation. Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
Product Quality and Visual Accuracy
Yes. Customers can view real product videos and styling visuals on our official TikTok and Instagram pages.
Yes. What you see on our website and social media is exactly what will be delivered.
Images may be lightly edited for lighting and clarity, but the product’s color, shape, size, and design are not altered.
We provide detailed images and videos showing how items look when worn or styled to help customers understand fit and proportions.
For selected products, customers may contact us via WhatsApp to request additional visuals, subject to availability.
