Dubai/GCC refers to products fulfilled from our international inventory, offering access to a wider global selection. This service is available for customers in Qatar, UAE, GCC countries, and worldwide.

Personal Shopping is our dedicated service for clients looking to source a specific product. Simply get in touch with our customer care team via WhatsApp, share what you are looking for, and we will handle everything — from sourcing to delivery. Payment is via Bank Transfer only, and if we are unable to source the product, a full refund is issued with no deductions.

Qatar focuses on fast local delivery from in-stock inventory. Dubai/GCC focuses on global access and a wider product selection. Personal Shopping is a dedicated sourcing service for specific products requested by the customer, handled personally by our team.

No. Products are assigned to specific services depending on availability and sourcing. Personal Shopping requests are assessed individually based on what the customer is looking for.

For Qatar and Dubai/GCC, all orders are strictly limited to products listed on our website. For Personal Shopping, you may contact our team via WhatsApp with your request and we will advise on availability.

Cart And Order Rules

No. Each service follows a different fulfilment process and must be placed as a separate order.

UAE customers can place orders through Dubai/GCC and Personal Shopping.

GCC And International Customers

Yes. Customers across the GCC and worldwide can place orders through Dubai/GCC and Personal Shopping.

No. Cash on Delivery is not available outside the UAE.

Premium: 1 to 2 working days across all GCC countries. Parcel Express: 3 to 4 working days for selected GCC countries. Standard Economy: 6 to 7 working days for selected GCC countries.

Returns And Refunds

Yes. Qatar service refunds are handled at the time of collection or delivery. Dubai/GCC refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.

No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Used, worn, damaged, or non-compliant items are not eligible for return. Watches are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.

Personal Shopping

Contact our customer care team via WhatsApp with your product request — including the style, size, and any specific preferences. Our team will confirm availability and share all details before any payment is taken.

Personal Shopping orders are typically delivered within 15 to 18 working days from the date of confirmed payment.

Payment is collected in full via Bank Transfer only, after availability has been confirmed by our team. Sourcing begins only once payment is received.

Personal Shopping orders can only be cancelled before processing begins. Once sourcing has started, cancellation is not possible.

If we are unable to source the product you requested, a full refund will be issued promptly — no deductions and no delays.

Product Quality And Visual Accuracy

Yes. Customers can view real product visuals on our TikTok and Instagram pages.

Yes. What you see is what you receive.

Images may be lightly edited for lighting and clarity, but the product's colour, shape, size, and design are never altered.
