Return and Exchange Policy
At QatarShoes, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below is our comprehensive return and exchange policy:
Main Return Policy (Qatar Orders)
You may return or exchange your order while our delivery person is still at your door. You can inspect the product upon delivery, and if you are not satisfied, you can return it and pay only the delivery fee. However, once the delivery person has left, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason.
For size exchanges, you have three days from the date of purchase to request a different size. Please note, you will be responsible for an additional delivery fee.
30-Day Return Policy (International Orders)
We also offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible:
- Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at qatarshoes@icloud.com, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
