Returns and Refunds

At Qtrshoe, we handle returns and refunds in a clear and fair manner. Eligibility depends on the service selected and the condition of the item.
Qatar Collection
• Returns are accepted within 10 days from the delivery date
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging
If the issue is from Qtrshoe’s side (wrong item, defect, or order error)
• Full refund will be issued
• Delivery fees will be covered by Qtrshoe
If the return is from the customer’s side (size issue, preference, or change of mind)
• Return is accepted
• Delivery fees are non-refundable
• Any return shipping or collection cost, if applicable, is the customer’s responsibility
International Collection (Qatar, UAE, GCC, and International)
• Returns are accepted for eligible items only
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging
If the issue is from Qtrshoe’s side (wrong item or manufacturing defect)
• Full refund will be issued
• Return shipping costs will be covered by Qtrshoe
If the return is from the customer’s side (size issue, preference, or change of mind)
• Return is accepted
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Watches
• Used or worn items
• Items returned without original packaging or with missing accessories
Refund Processing
• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider
