If the issue is from Qtrshoe’s side (wrong item, defect, or order error)
• Full refund will be issued
• Delivery fees will be covered by Qtrshoe
If the return is from the customer’s side (size issue, preference, or change of mind)
• Return is accepted
• Delivery fees are non-refundable
• Any return shipping or collection cost, if applicable, is the customer’s responsibility
